Return Policy
Rights and Obligations
1.1. You agree:
1.1.1. to promptly pay any amounts owed to Vapes Plus;
1.1.2. that the Personal Information you provide is accurate, current, and complete in all respects;
1.1.3. to inform us immediately of any updates to your Personal Information using the contact details outlined in Clause 5.4; and
1.1.4. not to impersonate another person or entity, or to use a false identity.
1.2. We reserve the right to change the price, content, or availability of some or all Goods or Services on a temporary or permanent basis. We may also modify or update these Conditions from time to time.
1.3. If you have not placed an order for Goods or Services or subscribed to any Subscription Services by the time a change takes effect, we are not obligated to notify you of any such modification or withdrawal.
1.4. Occasionally, we may need to alter the specifications of any Good or Service:
1.4.1. to ensure compliance with applicable safety or other statutory requirements; or
1.4.2. to reflect updates in the manufacturer’s specifications.
We will make every effort to ensure that such changes do not reduce the quality or performance of any affected Goods or Services. If you have ordered the affected item and the changes are substantial, we will notify you in advance to confirm your wish to proceed with your order.
1.5. Goods and Non-subscription Services:
1.5.1. You are subject to the policies and Conditions in effect at the time of your order or purchase of Goods or Non-subscription Services, unless retroactive changes are legally required. In this case, any unfulfilled orders will be subject to the updated Conditions.
1.5.2. We will not withdraw or modify any Goods or Non-subscription Services that would substantially disadvantage you once we have accepted your order, unless the changes are due to circumstances beyond our control.
1.5.3. The purchase of software products is subject to your acceptance of relevant end-user and licensing agreements.
1.6. Estimated delivery times for Goods or completion of Services are only estimates, and delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
1.7. Goods may be subject to EU and US export control laws, as well as local regulations where they are delivered or used. Such Goods may not be sold, leased, or transferred to restricted users or for restricted purposes (including to certain nationals or for prohibited end-uses, such as the production of weapons of mass destruction). If Goods are supplied to you under such Export Laws, the supply is contingent on you not being part of any restricted category.
Orders
2.1. Goods and Services are available only to eligible individuals, as determined by us. Eligibility criteria include, but are not limited to, acceptable applications and UK residency. Subscription Services with minimum terms are only available to individuals aged 18 or over; by purchasing such Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2.2. When requested, you must provide your name, phone number, address, payment details, and other required information.
2.3. Each order you place is considered an offer to purchase the specified Goods and/or Services. The contract is completed only when we dispatch the Goods or start providing the Services (whichever occurs first) or when we receive payment from you.
2.4. Any automated acknowledgement upon order placement does not constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase.
2.5. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to limit or reject any order before completing the contract. In such cases, we will attempt to contact you. We may also limit or restrict sales to dealers or entities that we believe intend to resell the Goods or Services for profit.
Price and Payment
3.1. The price of Goods or Services will be confirmed before accepting your order, including VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.2. If you fail to make any payment when due, we may:
3.2.1. cancel this agreement for Goods or Non-subscription Services; and/or
3.2.2. charge interest on unpaid amounts at 2% per calendar month until payment is received in full.
3.3. You confirm that any payment method you use belongs to you.
3.4. Payment methods are subject to validation and authorisation checks. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to failed authorisation.
3.5. Once you have collected or received the Goods, all risk of damage or loss transfers to you.
3.6. Ownership of Goods passes to you only after we receive full payment.
3.7. Until ownership transfers, you must keep the Goods safe, identifiable as our property, and may be required to return them to us if requested.
Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges
4.1. Either party may terminate these Conditions with 7 days’ written notice if the other materially breaches these Conditions.
4.2. In some cases, we may issue refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. For more on our Returns and Exchange Policy, visit https://vapesplus.co.uk/.
4.3. Goods and/or Services ordered online or by phone only:
4.3.1. Consumers ordering remotely may have cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
4.3.2. You may cancel any Service order within 7 working days of placing the order, provided we have not yet started providing the Service.
4.3.3. You may cancel any Goods order (excluding audio, video recordings, or software) within 7 working days of receipt.
4.3.4. A working day excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and UK public holidays.

4.3.6. Returned Goods must be undamaged, complete with all accessories, and include proof of purchase. We may charge recovery fees if not returned in this condition.
4.3.7. If Goods collection is arranged, you must ensure they are available for pickup.
4.3.8. You are responsible for ensuring Goods are not damaged in transit if you arrange the return.
4.3.9. Goods examined as you would in-store are allowed, but usage may forfeit cancellation rights.
Your Personal Information
5.1. We collect certain Personal Information to provide you with Goods and/or Services.
5.2. You consent to us using, updating, and processing your Personal Information per our privacy policy, available at https://vapesplus.co.uk/privacy-policy.
5.3. For information on what data we hold about you, email us at vapesplus3@gmail.com with your full name, address, and a copy of your ID.
5.4. You may choose to receive information about Vapes Plus products and offers by opting in via post, email, phone, SMS, or MMS. Please allow up to 28 days for changes to take effect.
Attention
6.1. As retail resellers, we cannot warrant the device performance. All devices are received sealed and unopened from official distributors and are sent to customers in the same condition.
Sealed & Unopened
7.1. As retail resellers, we cannot manufacture products and are not responsible for manufacturing faults.
7.2. For sanitary reasons, Vapes Plus cannot accept returns or issue refunds for used goods.
7.3. Your consumer rights remain unaffected. Refunds and replacements are available only for products in their original, unopened packaging.
